Hanxiang He, Ph.D.

I received my Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from the School of Information and Electronics at Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) in Sep. 2026, under the supervision of Prof. Xintao Huan, Prof. Han Hu, and Prof. Jianping An. During my doctoral studies, I was a visiting Ph.D. student in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of New South Wales (UNSW Sydney) from Jul. 2025 to Aug. 2026, supervised by Prof. Wen Hu and Prof. Chun Tung Chou.

My research focuses on AI-enabled wireless sensing, and I am exploring wireless-assisted robotic perception. I have published 4 first-author papers in top-tier journals and conferences, with 1 additional first-author manuscript under review. I also contributed to research published in Nature Machine Intelligence. I received a Best Paper Award at IEEE GLOBECOM 2023. I was selected for the inaugural cohort of the Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program for Doctoral Students of the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST). I was also selected for the International Cooperation and Training Program for Innovative Talents of the China Scholarship Council (CSC). I serve as a reviewer for IEEE TMC, IEEE CSM, IEEE SJ, ACM IMWUT, and ACM TOSN.
